3 Week Inner Child Healing Class

December 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd at 7:30-8:30 PM CST.

This class is designed to reconnect you to your inner child and your soul. When we connect to the hurt pieces of the inner child, we start to heal the adult inside of us, too. There is no separation between the inner child and adult. When we start to heal and nurture our inner child, our current self as an adult starts to thrive and feel more connected. In this class we will be digging deep, identifying core wounds that impact our thought/behavior patterns. We will be identifying the Mother and Father wounds still affecting us. As we identify and work with these patterns, we heal and start to change our reality and our relationship with others and ourselves.
